Tax relief for day worker, service workers etc

we need to address compensation for people that hold jobs that are critical to commercialism. People in certain jobs titles should not be taxed (day pickers, people with certain dirty jobs, hotel and sanitation etc) to encourage day workers and people performing jobs critical to farm produce, sanitation and other categories. Don’t give a tax break to companies that employ them. Everything should have a cap too, to include overtime so people are not overworked.

We don’t tax tips which is awesome! Hopefully they made it dependent on having a mainstay job and tips are appreciated versus someone that just works for tips and someone who doesn’t take a salary but says everything is tips. There should be a cap and/or dependency on collecting tips. Must hold a job and said taxes

Global policies are great but can be taken advantage of.

Thank you for the opportunity to discuss and moving the country forward. Your work along with sacrifices everyone is making to correct the injustices is key to mankind and humanity.

I respectfully must disagree. I believe that every person should pay at least a little bit in taxes. We all use roads and other public things. None of this is free. I’m certainly in favor of lower taxes, but if some pay none, then everyone else pays more to bridge the gap. That’s not right. I know now that many people pay no taxes at all, and some even get a “refund” in spite of not paying. I believe this should stop.

With respect to tips, I disagree with the Pres on that one. All my income gets taxed. The tips should be taxed on what is tipped, not some formula that is designed to assume tips were received.

Even my $25 amazon gift card from work got taxed!

Also, there are others who do side jobs for cash only. I imagine that never gets reported. I don’t mean a kid with a lemonade stand. I mean electricians, plumbers, and other relatively high earners.

While I don’t like paying taxes either, we all need to pay something. I believe that everyone needs at least a little skin in the game.
