Ending overtime taxes

Implementing a tax-free overtime policy would boost economic growth, improve employee well-being, and enhance productivity by allowing workers to retain 100% of their additional earnings. This would incentivize hard work, reduce labor shortages, and make overtime more attractive, particularly in critical industries. Untaxed overtime would significantly benefit middle- and lower-income workers, helping them achieve financial stability, reduce debt, and invest in their futures, thus promoting economic mobility. By reducing the need for excessive hours, this policy would also support better work-life balance while attracting and retaining talent in competitive industries, fostering loyalty and reducing turnover. Overall, tax-free overtime would empower workers, support businesses, and strengthen the economy.

this should also apply to people that work Flat Rate jobs for anything that’s flagged for more then 40 hours a week should also be tax free since most industries times now are so low to even flag 40 hours a week you have to work 50+ hours.
