OVERTIME work should be TAXFREE.
Give Americans incentive to work harder.
For too long the system has stiffled growth in every industry by penalizing overtime with burdensome taxes. An 8 hour day mandate is all that should be required for a citizen to pay their “fair share” of taxes.
Let them keep every penny they work after that and watch the moral and production level of the United States workforce explode.
What is good for the people will be even better for the economy.
It is a win-win!
