I think that Salary employees should have rights to overtime wages once it surpasses the value of their salary pay per hour. It would increase the paycheck of management level employees who otherwise not benefit from overtime work being untaxed, while putting in the same work hours and effort as the employees theyre in charge of.

I came here to say something like this!! Salaried employees need either overtime wages, or more protections because they get taken advantage of so badly!
