Insurance Companies need to have some sort of regulation that addresses not only the costs of services, but what is covered and what isn’t. Your medical decisions are between you and your doctor. If your doctor wants to prescribe medication or a treatment plan, then insurances should cover it without pre-approval.

100% agree! Insurance companies should not be able to deny a covered service that is doctor prescribed, as they are not your doctor and don’t know you or your symptoms like your doctor does!
