Mental Health Care for families through the School Districts

Develop and fund programs in school districts to allow family or individual counseling for up to 5 visits free. This would include referrals for follow up if needed, (which may or may not be funded through the program). This type of program is done for employee health in some organizations, and they contract with local providers of counseling for a contracted cost per employee. The counselor keeps very general notes that are confidential and does not report to the school or authorities unless there is danger, neglect, or abuse involved.
