Mental Health care for children

We need extended mental health care for children. Licensed psychologist should not be allowed to turn children away simply because their condition is to much for their office to handle. I have been denied mental health care for a child for 5 years now. Without the proper treatment these children are becoming violent and will likely cause harm to themselves or others. We do not have long term inpatient treatment for children under 12 years old. We need knew policies in place to prevent these children from being denied care. This is a matter close to my heart because I have been living this nightmare with no end in sight. I would love to discuss this issue further with more input on the situation.
