In the wake of the Supreme Court ruling of NYRPA v Buren many states have passed obviously unconstitutional laws making almost the whole state a “sensitive place” so even if you got a concealed carry permit you can’t take it anywhere. And this so called Vampire clause where you can only carry in places that says guns allowed is also on its face unconstitutional. And are making the law abiding gun owners have to fight it out in court again. I think passing knowingly unconstitutional laws should be a felony and the people who vote for them to be immediately removed from office. This should also apply to the executive branch who uses alphabet agencies like the ATF to circumvent Congress by attaching criminal punishments to rules they pass, like the pistol brace rule is also unconstitutional because no law was broken only a rule. This can be applied to do many other circumstances.
