The Supreme Court has ruled time and time again that the 2nd Amendment is in fact an unalienable right of the people, and that fact is ignored time and time again by most States and of course the ATF. The Bill of Rights is not a state’s issue, it is the law of our land that everyone must follow. It is just as important as the 1st Amendment, and should be treated as such. Every gun ban, tax stamp, and gun attachment ban is treason, just like if someone tried to sew my mouth shut to prevent me from utilizing my freedom of speech.
