The President should proclaim that any government action that violates Constitutional rights, including those included in the Bill of Rights, is null and void, effective immediately. This includes any regulation, legislation, or enforcement action that:
- Requires testifying against oneself;
- Confiscates one’s property without one having been convicted of a crime regarding that property;
- Searches or seizes one’s personal or financial information;
- Infringes on one’s right of self-defense;
- Imposes federal rules on states as prohibited by the 10th Amendment;
- Infringes on unenumerated rights as prohibited by the 9th Amendment;
- Or commits any other such infringement of our natural rights as protected by the Constitution including the Bill of Rights.

The court system is setup to handle these exact circumstances. Unfortunately, the cost to undo the bad laws/rules/regulations is extremely high and is not workable for 99% of Americans. The tricky part is combing through millions of these and getting them evaluated and then repealed. Many of these don’t even apply and will never be seen or used anyway. From that perspective, it’s not a worthwhile endeavor. Limiting the power of our government from a general perspective and dismantling the deep state should stop most of these from being created or enforced.
I’ve clarified my original post.
I’m not talking about the court system. The court system is set up to impede anyone’s ability to stop the government from interfering with their rights.
What I’m saying is that since all of these illegal activities are implemented by the executive branch, which reports to the President, the President should simply declare that such unconstitutional regulations, etc., are null and void and cannot be enforced.
Then let the agencies sue in federal court to try to overturn that declaration.
