If we can end federal income tax on overtime why stop there? From my understanding income tax only started to support the war effort almost a century ago and was only supposed to be for that… what is it being used for now?

Precisely! It was created to fund a war…and people didnt object to stop paying it after the war ended…so they kept raising it. Fact is…its very illegal from a constitutional perspective. Be wary of those who argue that the tax codes need to be altered in order to fix the issue. Fixing the issue is to put an end to it…it is codified THEFT…nothing more. It needs to end. The American people know their Constitution…they know that taxing income is illegal. Either we stop it, or we understand that this is not a “getting back to a Constitutional Republic”, but a pretense in disguise to continue forward with the concentration of wealth and the eviceration of private property. Nuf said.

Listen to Bukele’s talk at CPAC regarding the income tax decoy scheme in the USA. He ended corruption and politician self-serving in El Salvador and now there is money to revitalize downtown, new hospitals, airports, schools, public safety vehicles, etc.
If we stop handouts to foreign wars, it could replace the tax revenue.

Started in 1913. Yet we had roads and railroads and an infrastructure without it. Taxes only started with the Federal Reserve. We used to tax tariffs like Trump’s plan.

I quit paying the fed decades ago after realizing it’s voluntary – and only after I became versed on how to do it and get away with it, legally

That’s great for you Michael Walker, but it’s russian roulette. People are rolling that dice that they won’t get it right and the IRS will target them. We shouldn’t have to “figure it out”. It needs to be outright abolished. The IRS, the income tax and personal capital gains tax.

Many Americans are too scared not to file or pay what the IRS says we owe for fear of audit, levy of property or worse. Ive owed the IRS every year for 15+ years and am constantly making payments to them and it needs to stop. It has gone on way too long.

Exactly. The mere existence of the IRS is just asking the government to persecute, harass, instill fear and control citizens. No other agency instills fear in every single American. This is not what the founders wanted!!!

You don’t owe them anything unless you’re a Federal employee, a non-resident alien, or you live in an outlying territory – and I wrote a 120-page affidavit/FOIA request that proves it (and I haven’t paid, legally, for decades after telling the IRS to go to H E double toothpicks), in fact, I signed it “Check. Your move”

Michael… again, this is not helping people. We should not have to walk through a gauntlet and risk the IRS targeting us. It NEEDS to be removed for all Americas, not just those who’ve been “raptured”

The people need to understand WHY income tax needs to be abolished.
Consider U.S. Const. art. I, § 8, cl. 5. "To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof ".
If a community built a simple road valued at $1,000, according to Clause 5, isn’t Congress required to create $1,000 worth of monetary tokens?
If the community wanted a railway station, and they build it, isn’t Congress required to create the exact amount of monetary tokens to represent the value just created?
If they do not, the monetary tokens held by everyone else in society just got more valuable. Alternatively, if Congress creates far more monetary tokens that actual value was created, the monetary tokens held by everyone else in society just lost value. Neither describes the proper regulation of value.
The concept of Value has been hijacked from society’s vocabulary, yet is one of only two variables in the clause of the constitution pertaining to money’s creation.
Debt has been successfully substituted for value, being the origin of taxes. The people need to be encouraged to throw debt out and reinstate value.

I studied at 2 law libraries for 10 years while writing for most of those years to come up with a 120-page document that I used to depower the IRS, so, until its abolition, screw the IRS

I voted for your proposal because I think it will be critical in our effort to regain a government…“of the People, by the People, and for the People”.
I appreciate your taking the initiative to forward this policy suggestion. Ending all income tax would bring about such an overwhelming shift in the structure of our government. I hope your suggestion, and others like it, begin a much needed conversation about the origin and legality of income tax, the IRS, and the Federal Reserve.
I’m wondering if you would also take a moment to have a look at my proposal for a Truth and Reconciliation Commission and give it a 'like" if it resonates with you? Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
In my mind, these policies are the only way we will ever get to a full disclosure of the Deep State’s treasonous activities that are responsible for so much of the decline of our sacred Democratic Republic.
And maybe we can work together in some way down the road to merge our efforts in order to bring about these polices?

If you do your research, you can file a Revocation of Election with the IRS and Janet Yellen and end your income taxes. Most states are piggy backing off of the IRS and you have to file a 1040 to file your state income tax return, which means that state income taxes are not actually lawful either. Read your state’s constitution to find out what is written as taxable within that state’s constitution. Most Americans don’t make “income” as defined by the IRS, we make wages and wages are NOT taxable and the two words are not used synonymously as many think they are!! Furthermore, most of us are not doing taxable activities as defined by the ATF.
