Democratize the Budget

As a rough draft, to give congress, and our representatives an idea of how we would like pur tax dollars spent there should be a budget section added to each persons ballot. For this section you would be given options like education, infrastructure, defense, etc. And the voter would then right down which percentage of their taxes they want to go to each thing. Once votes are tallied congress would have a rough idea of how the american people would like their money to be used.
