If the congress does not have a balanced budget proposal then they do not go on vacation, campaign for reelection, go on recess, and do not get paid until the budget is balanced. Then see how fast the elected officials come up with a budget that is completely balanced. Also the budget is only for what it says its for. No pork going to special pet projects that serve absolutely no purpose. The ones like a shrimp on a tread machine. Or how transgenderism effects military prepairdness. Such policies have NO business being in a budget proposal. If the american people are to pay for things then i believe the people should be the ones to benifit from the proposals.
