Nobody that has raped and/or killed a child has the right to breathe. This punishment should take place by hanging for everyone to see. This strategy will curb the amount of child predators effectively saving America’s children. The process of proving guilt must be without a doubt and the justice should be met swiftly.

as much as I want to agree there is a downside to the death penalty for child rapists. i adopted a little girl who was molested by her biological father. shes grown up into a strong beautiful woman. the death penalty for her biological father would have been fine by me except the most likely way for these animals to be caught is if the child speaks out. this would incentavise killing that child to insure they dont speak out. and i would’ve have my child. i completely understand your feelings and believe me i thought it many times i just dont thinks it is viable.

That is a very valid point that I have not thought of. I agree with you it would put child victims in worse danger. There should be a way to address it properly so that child predators aren’t allowed back on the streets but maybe this particular proposed policy isn’t the best way to go.
