Harsher punishment for crimes against children

Sadly there is so many crimes against children in the country or as we have recently discovered, America is the top consumer when traveling to other countries and engaging in sex crimes against children. I think we should adopt the same policies Louisiana enacted, and in some cases go even harsher. These people often record the violence they are doing to these children, some as young and toddlers and babies. If this person is found to do this and there is video evidence leaving no doubt they committed these atrocities I think we should seriously consider the death penalty. Not allowing them to live off of tax payers for years. These children lose their innocence some lose their life, the punishment should fit the crime.
