I have seen several options for congressional bills that are excellent; however, I would like to add one option. The bills being introduced must be posted to Americans who choose to receive notifications via their congressman’s contact number (I am envisioning texts from your congressman, with a short bill title that is a link to more detail, to which the constituent may then respond yes or no). The constituents may then respond directly to their congressman with their thoughts, or a simple yes or no on a given bill - a simple yes or no would be easiest to count. All respondees would be notified of their congressman’s vote. The congressmen must answer for their votes at election time.
