Before a bill or budget referendum, etc moves forward for a vote an alert goes out. Like a silver alert with the bill title/number and QR code. You log in to your states gov. com with your social security number, select the bill and vote yes or no. The system sends the tally to your state representative. Same for federal. So they can truly, and truthfully vote on behalf of their constituents. You can log in and see the tallies by district. For your state.

I like the first sentence. But I think, rather than trusting a computer calculating and sending your opinion to your rep, you should contact them yourself, either by email or a phone call. But I think it is an excellent idea that voters should have access to bills made easier.
