Abolish FEMA as we know it

FEMA is incredibly corrupt and does not function to serve those in distress the way it’s meant to. Whistleblowers for FEMA have admitted how corrupt they are. All funds are carefully distributed, not only based on politics, but largely based on race, demographics, and religion. FEMA supervisors gave workers directive to avoid homes with Trump signs in their yard and were told to deny them assistance, despite their homes being inhabitable from the hurricane(s). In my opinion, FEMA should be abolished and or restructured to help everyone and anyone affected by natural disasters, regardless of their beliefs.
