FEMA should be dismantled. Although there’s always the potential for mismanagement, look into Cajun Navy & other volunteers & how it’s done correctly. Look into how the red cross is established into areas of need. Possibly find another group that’s not corrupt & not using the gov funds inappropriately.

HUGE fan of the Cajun Navy! Their use of donkeys and even goats as pack animals is something that needs to be duplicated because these animals can access areas that you just can’t get to otherwise.
