Putin is a very level-headed and I feel decent man and an awesome president for thinking and putting his Citizens First. I truly feel he is the Trump for his country.
Ukraine on the other hand bypassed all elections (due to war) and is run by the deep state placed actor zelenski.
Ukraine is just as bad in child trafficking as the United States if not worse not to mention the bio labs and black market organs. I would love to have World Peace again but Ukraines corruption needs to come to an end.
I personally do not want any part of NATO, WEF, WHO, or the UN. ALL should be abolished and create a new organization that is not run by millionaires but by humanitarians.

Yeah, NATO stopped serving a purpose after the USSR dissolved and the post-Soviet world settled into place.

If there is any need for any kind of defensive alliances, they should be rebuild from the ground up.

You can still try

I’m open to the idea of reforming it into a tool of peace, as has already been suggested, but at a minimum, we really need to end our war machine before it ends us! Great topic - just earned my vote!

It may behoove us more to merge NATO, UN, WHO, etc. into a stronger body worldwide. No one should be shut out from voicing their opinion. Dictators and all. Give them a stage, legitimize their power, it’s the only way that they won’t do something rash. It opens a door for diplomacy, and it exposes them and their populations to the fraud that is their regime. I see this very much in the same light as free speech. The only way to combat bad speech is better speech.

With respect, the last thing our world needs right now is another global organization. Especially a bigger, badder one. The people would be better served by de-globalization. Good fences make good neighbors, no?

Forgive me if I was vague. My recommendation is to dissolve 6 of the heads of the hydra and leave one. Only for international diplomatic relations, a public forum for soverign nations to discuss their differences, and to ensure treaties like the Geneva convention are being respected.

Your less vague explanation does nothing to make it sound like a better idea.

The spirit of my idea is to not “throw the baby out with the bathwater”. I think the EU and NATO are failed experiments. However, aligning the world with a BRICS like summit (strengthening the power of the UN) would be wise for the U.S.

100% agree

strengthening the power of the UN

Best I can tell, this one phrase sums up the core of what you’re saying and is the underlying problem with what you’re arguing for.

No, we should not be strengthening the power of any central non-elected international organization.

To strengthen the power of an unelected international organization would inherently require that the sovereignty of any member states by in turn be sacrificed to match.

So no, we should not be further empowering unelected world bureaucrats.

I personally don’t think we should withdraw from nato but definitely all the other countries need to cheap in equally aid, money ext

The people who say the want to end all wars, have manufactured all of these wars and it’s all about laundering money.

withdrawl would not be a good idea, but I believe we should move towards peace with russia and china. NATO is a keystone for world peace but it must be used to encourage russia to work with europe, not against it. We should start by inviting russia into NATO. Offer the peace branch. Its time. We should also start making european nations pay more into it. Its time for that also.

Having a strong military pact with other countries is good for protecting our allies, but each member needs to pull their weight and not force the United States the majority burden for their security. Other than Poland, the U.S. is the only country exceeding the GDP target for defense

NATO is anything but a keystone for world peace. The alliance’s consistent expansion towards Russia’s borders is likely the primary cause for their invasion of Ukraine. NATOs aggressive actions have brought us closer to WWIII than the world has ever been.

There was a time when Russia probably would have welcomed membership in NATO. They would be foolish to do so now. After suffering under communism for nearly a century, why would the Russians want to join the EU lemmings in their rush to obliterate their society?

I’m no fan of Russia, but looking at it from their perspective, they’d be much better off by pursuing BRICS than joining NATO, if that ever even became a possibility.
