Term limits can be a double edge sword, the pro would be auto removal of a career politician that is only there for themselves. The con would be that a true politician for the people would also be removed.
I believe we need a term type system where any elected official is limited to 2-4 terms with the exception of votes.
If a true for the people politician can gain a certain amount of the vote, ie 80% of the vote, then their term will be extended. Removing career politicians and keeping those that are truly for their constituents benefit.
