Self Deportation- no right to bank, buy/lease a home, access education system or receive healthcare

If you are not a citizen or documented migrant, you should not have access to medical care, bank accounts or the education system. Undocumented aliens should not be able hold a job in the U.S. or enter into a lease or purchase a home. Actually enforce the laws and fine those who enable it such as employers, title companies, banks, school districts, and hospitals.

As of now, it’s illegal to prohibit a bank from opening an account to an undocumented person or to refuse their child from enrolling in school.

States should have the right to enforce and deport.

Pass these laws and give states the right to deport and they will deport themselves.

Add to this a sizeable business tax for every non documented employee and the employer must pay for any and all health care used during their employment (not health insurance, the employer must pay for all services)

You DO realize that if someone is truly undocumented (NOT including the people that have intentionally been brought in over the last several years) that it is literally impossible for them to obtain a job… right?

And if they DO happen to land a job, it’ll pay them pennies on the dollar in comparison to what a legal immigrant or citizen would be paid.

Most people end up starting their own businesses because they can’t get a job.

And said people also are unable to rent nor buy a house. I work in the home building business. The person has to be legally in the country with at minimum an ITIN, passport, or state ID (said identification is documentation) in order to build a home.

Very few banks will accept someone without a SSN. If they only have an ITIN, most banks will turn them down.

Not only that, but IF there’s an option for them to buy a car or a house or whatever, they pay out the arse in interest JUST BECAUSE they’re in the situation they’re in.

Oh yeah, and the illegal immigrants who’ve been in the country for 10+ years who were mostly brought in as minors and who are going through the years long expensive process to update their status… guess what… part of the approval for that is that they can’t ever have been on US govt assistance nor can they go on it after their status is adjusted. Doing so could negate their status.

Please stop listening to the parroted rhetoric.

YES, there are a few bad apples spoiling the bunch. And THOSE people need to go bye bye ASAP… along with the ones brought in so the dems can have more voters. But for the rest of them, we really need to fix the immigration system.
