School system improvements

1 increase the school year and start at an earlier age - it’s too short. And make it a lot more about educational and not all of these other teachings. Not everyone is going to go to college and not everyone should go to college so the last two years of high school should definitely have a lot more options for trade school type classes.
2. Give the county colleges more options By making them include vocational schools. County colleges shouldn’t just be for one side of educating people. It should also have educating us so that our workforce is a lot more diversified we need plumbers, Chimney liners, sheet metal people, etc.
3. Increase the qualifications of how someone can be a teacher. It’s way too easy to be a teacher and a lot of them are not appreciative of all the benefits that they get. They also get way too many days off. When you increase the school year they should get paid more.
4. Add job training programs in high school for students with Down syndrome or other disabilities. Don’t wait until they’re older.
5. Community colleges should also include vocational training. We don’t have enough plumbers, electricians, HVAC, sheet metal, chimney liner and chimney experts, roofers, etc. We need mechanics, we need to make it easier and more fulfilling for people to feel proud of their accomplishments when they don’t go to college. Bring back secretarial colleges, include in the community colleges everything about skin, hair and make up.
