Reduce rent

Part of the inflationary pressure is the market demand for cheap housing. The Roi has recently tanked by the sharp increase in interest rates. Instead of brute force destructive rent control which would wreck the real estate market, we should offer super low interest rates available to the most affordable apartment complex’s if they agree to lock their rent at a very low rate.
