Raw Milk and Raw Milk products should be allowed to be bought and sold between two consenting parties.
Is it not? I can buy raw milk in SC. It is pasteurized, not homogenized, I think. I am lactose intolerant, but I can drink this milk with no issues! I agree with you!
It is state dependent. In CA it is legal. In NC it is not legal for “human consumption”.
Legal in Texas, as long as you join a herd sharing farm. I paid to buy in to the farm and can buy raw milk legally.
I know in Florida we can buy it but the seller has to say that it is “not for human consumption.” We’re essentially buying pet food and then… drinking it ourselves

If one looks at the subject objectively it turns out that the public health scare from raw milk, and the subsequent restrictions and regulations, are based on an assumption rather than factual evidence. This clearly shows that there is an unfounded bias against raw milk being dangerous which makes it harder, in some instances impossible to get.
And often places the farmers unter unfounded and unnecessary regulatory pressure.
This highlights possible corruption, or at the least severe ignorance, in the responsible regulatory agencies.
But of course, they can get away with it as long as people remain uniform on the subject. This leads to the public being cheated out of healthful products for no apparent good reasoning.
To prove the safety and healthfulness of raw milk, I would encourage people to look up, read and spread the:

It’s so hard to find!
It varies in each state. Banned here in Florida. This is currently a state issue, not a federal issue
I can buy raw milk in Tennessee. I don’t want it, but I can. Maybe it being illegal varies by state. In that case I support state’s rights on the matter.
Raw milk bacteria’s are preventive medicine. Buy local and know your supplier
Pasteurized milk is heated and no longer raw. Homogenization makes it so that the cream can no longer rise to the top.
In many (most, I believe) states, raw milk can only be sold for pet consumption.
Pasteurized is not raw.
Look up the numerous trials of Amos Miller (Amish farmer from Lancaster, PA). He has been in court several times in the last year alone. Cases go back years (maybe even close to a decade).
He has a Membership Buying Club. Every member signs an agreement that they are aware of and approve of his farming/livestock handling. They ALL have Informed Consent.
NOW, compare that to the gene therapy for which anyone asking to see the product inserts (with list of contraindications, known side effects, etc) was shown two blank pages. NO, NONE, NADA INFORMED CONSENT. I’d like the 3-letter agencies to explain the consistency in that logic!
Oh, so you have a sensitivity to Harsh Chemicals found in Food???
Hmm, seems to be a trend here somewhere…
You can buy raw milk in Florida but only for your pets
I agree it should be available as a choice in a “free country” as the United States of America.
Reverse the federal law on the ban for bringing raw milk across state lines. That’s absurd.
All our grandparents (and both my parents) grew up drinking raw milk, and they survived. Our Western diet is more dangerous.
Raw milk is only dangerous if the cows are sick.
If the milk is tested regularly, and the cows are kept in a wide, open , grassy field where cows are meant to be kept, the likelihood of disease is pretty much non-existent.
The “Petition and Report in Favor of Natural Milk by Aajonus Vonderplaniz, Ph.D.” was used in 2001 to legalize raw milk in California.
It contains scientific proof that raw milk is superior.

Same in MI. Bonus they have a “store” to buy fresh beef, pork, cheeses etc
