Raw Milk

I am a Florida resident and I find local farmers in the area that sell raw milk, raw butter, raw cream, raw cheeses including raw regatta cheese and raw cream cheese and local meats of all kind. I no long buy from supermarkets. The best choice I’ve made. We need to Legalize Raw Milk and like products in Florida.

I agree, I just bought my first gallon of raw milk one week ago at a farm. Raw milk should be allowed to be sold anywhere and everywhere, including grocery stores.

Any food for that matter!

Also, rainwater. The government should not be allowed to outlaw capturing rain water.

I buy and consume raw milk in Indiana but it is labled “not for human consumption” or “for pets” in order to satisfy laws banning its sale for humans. It is better to allow its sale, but have an agency inspect the facilities regularly to ensure proper cleanliness and handling proceedures.

I believe it’s like 10 to 15 states that raw milk is legal in. Yet they can sell round up in all 50 states?

I want raw milk to cross state lines. High-altitude A2 cows in Colorado produce the best raw milk. The Amish farmers in the PHX area not so much, something’s way off. I see nothing wrong with it being sold with a warning label such as is done with cigarettes and alcohol, or raw seafood. So long as the public is educated as to the risks.

If itis pasteurized it is not raw

Legal in NC through herd shares.

Raw milk is illegal in many states. However some have access to herd shares, some can do on farm sales only, some can do pet food only, however my state of Wyoming can do farm to consumer transactions anywhere within the state. Look up SF0068 for the full Wyoming Food freedom act. It’s a great model for other states to use and it’s working awesome here!

so should “raw cannabis” for that matter! :sunglasses:

Yes, agreed :100::+1:

Pasteurized is not considered raw milk.

47 states allow some form of sale, but it’s not consistent. In VA can only buy from dairy farmer if you do a herd share, which makes it too expensive for many people. Retail sales from farmer to store should be allowed in all 50 states. Then consumers can lobby their store to stock it, and if enough want it, they will.

Why do you think milk from “big commercial dairy” has to be pasteurized? Their cows aren’t raised on pasture and live in crowded, unhealthy conditions. It’s their milk that should have a black box warning.

So ridiculous. You can get a free abortion but you cant drink milk out of a cows teet. We are so stupid for letting evil invade our minds and well being.

To include having the option to use those ingredients in a restaurant.

I’ve been drinking good, healthful, safe pasteurized milk for over 65 years with no issues. So, I respectfully disagree with your statement. However, I have nothing against you seeking raw milk and legislation that makes it available to you. I don’t know where you live, however here in my state and area raw milk is available and consumed. That’s fine with me, but I don’t want it. The beauty of freedom.

Cow milk is a bodily fluid from animals. Recent USDA tests have shown avian flu in the milk. Cow milk is unnatural for humans to drink and availability of it should not be increased. Studies prove children have an increase of ADHD symptoms after consuming dairy. Why continue to expose people to this?

That’s because if the farmers advertised it, they’d end up getting shut down, harrassed and maybe even prosecuted. It’s absolutely ridiculous!
