Quick Education Change k-12, Vocational, Student Loans - Link to old thoughts

1. Free Education (tax / govt provided) age 4 through 19.

2. Students progress through level 1 (ages 4,5,6,7), level 2 (ages 8,9,10,11), level 3 (ages 12,13,14,15) and level 4 (ages 16,17,18,19)

3. Level 4 includes training in at least one vocation. Additional training for a 2nd vocation or in a subject matter equivalent to a current Associates Degree. Plus would be required to provide some form of Service to Country - can be ROTC traditional but include things like Park Service Work, Peace Corps, or similar.

4. Advanced vocational expertise or Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate programs cost money but would have options for accessibility, aide

5. Create paths to forgive or dismiss student loans to where within 10 years all pre-existing to putting this plan into action loans would be forgiven/paid off. New debt for education needs to be redone.

So, the Old Thoughts Education is based on education up through age 19. Once enacted there would still be higher education as well as more specialization for vocations.
