Only American citizens can purchase land in the U.S, foreign companies can lease land and buildings for business. Immigrants can lease and buy land and housing after applying and gaining citizenship.

You should update your title to say something like “ban other countries from owning American land.” The current one doesn’t imply foreign land ownership. This got my vote though.

I would like to add homes and not simply land. There may be a way for a non citizen to have an investment arrangement with a US citizen regarding property (a home, apartment, commercial building) , but they cannot go on title. We need to build the wealth of our own citizens.
