A policy making it illegal for non citizens to buy/own land in the US. Furthermore, revoking land ownership from non citizens, such as, china owning farmland here in the US. This policy should also cover corporations not being able to mass buy single family houses.

Add to this, that corporations that are not headquartered in this country can not own land, and that should run all the way to the top… The parent company must be headquartered in this country. Additionally this should include mineral and water rights.
