In Accordance with the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of Equal Protection Under the Law, in any State in which a Post Conception Point of Choice is offered to or recognized as a right of women, Men must also be recognized as having a right to make an informed choice to either opt into or opt out of parentage. No laws mandating Incarceration and/or Child Support requirements will attach themselves to a Man who has permanently made the informed choice of opting out of parentage.
This should be a Federal requirement as it protects the rights of the individual from State level mandates that enforce Gender specific discrimination with criminal sanctions and or criminal incarceration.
