PE as Part of Core Curriculum

Physical Education should be a daily class, like math or reading, for all students K-12. Children need recreational time to help process what they’ve learned in the classroom, help them focus better in the classroom, build team player skills, and improve their physical wellbeing. As adults we’re told to keep moving to stay young, but we’re telling our children to sit still while they’re young! It’s completely backwards. There is time in the day for PE.
