“We the People Constitutional Amendment”

All aid to foreign government, foreign persons or foreign entities that exceeds 1000% of the National median family income whether in loans, services, cash or goods within 5 year period have to be approved by at least 51% of the state legislatures

Salaries of all congress members shall be capped at 250% of the national Median family income, adjusted annually based on the previous calendar year
-
All elected officials and their spouses/partners are prohibited from owning any interest, directly or indirectly, in a publicly traded company except through a double-blind trust while in office and for a period of at least 1 year after leaving office.

No elected official, their spouse/partner may have/gain any ownership interest in any privately held company/entity while in office unless they recuse themselves from all voting/governmental actions that affect or may affect said privately held company.

No elected official, their spouse/partner may have/gain any ownership interest in any privately held company/entity within 12 months of leaving office unless they recused themselves from all voting/governmental actions that affect said privately held company.

All federal elected officials are prohibited from insider trading. Any elected official convicted of same shall serve a minimum of 10 years in prison and a minimum fine of the greater of $1,000,000 or twice the value of the insider trading.

Each congress members office budget must be approved annually by popular vote of us citizens in the congress members home state/district.

No non-US citizen may serve on the staff of any congress member.

No member of congress may serve more than combined 15 years in the house and/or senate.

All members of congress shall receive publicly funded health benefits only to the extent covered by Medicare and only to the extent Medicare would pay for said treatment on behalf of a member of the general public.

No federally elected official shall receive any publicly funded pension/retirement benefit in excess of amounts payable to the average citizen under social security.
-
No federally elected official or spouse/partner shall receive any rebate, refund or dividend in cash, goods, information or services in excess of $100 per year from any person or entity unless disclosed to the general public by publication in (1) national print and (2) national video and (3)online publications that are reasonably calculated to reach at least 30% of the then existing US population.

No federally elected official or their spouse/partner may be employed, retained or provide services to any lobbyists until the passage of at least 18 months after leaving the federally elected position.

The US Supreme Court shall be made up of not more than 9 members.

All in-person, mail in and absentee ballots shall be printed only on paper of the same paper weight as US currencies and with same security markers as US currency and shall bear a unique serial number. All mail-in and absentee ballot shall only be sent to US citizens that have requested same and shall only be sent to the address on said US citizens governmental identification, except for citizens that are in active military service. All mail in/absentee ballots shall be secured for a minimum of the latter of six months after the election or the completion of any litigation or challenge related to said election.

No person other than the US voter assigned to a ballot may alter, add to or amend any ballot after the assigned voter has completed said ballot. Violation of same is punishable by a minimum 5 years in prison and a minimum fine of $1,000,000 per violation.

Any federal election may be challenged by petition signed by at least 25% of the number of US citizens that voted in the challenged election. In the event of a challenge all absentee and mail in ballots shall be verified to be the correct government issued ballot including the serial number and security markers assigned to the ballot issued to the US citizen.

No US citizen that is ineligible to purchase or possess a firearm shall be eligible to hold a federally elected position or be eligible to vote in a federal election.

Any person who participates in election fraud or has information of any election fraud and fails to report same to the FBI in writing shall be subject to a minimum of 10 years in prison and minimum fine of $1m.

Any person who participates in or has information of any voter suppression, coercion or threat and fails to report same to the FBI in writing shall be subject to a minimum of 5 years in prison and minimum fine of $500,000.

Except during periods of an active declaration of war approved by congress, all information in possession of the US government shall be publicly owned and subject to disclosure upon request to any US citizen within 1 year of the US governments receipt of said information unless such information is the subject of an active criminal investigation in which case said information shall be subject to public disclosure no later than the earlier of (1) the filing of criminal proceedings, (2) the passage of the statute of limitations, if any, for the criminal acts or (3) 5 years after the government’s receipt of said information.

Congress shall make no laws except to the extent that they involve (1) defense of the nation from foreign: persons, countries or entities or 2) materially affect commerce between the states.

Any federal elected official with more than one year left on their term may be recalled by popular vote of at least 51% of the voters in their state/district.

Any federal law can be revoked by a 51% majority of the state legislatures.

All members of a federal elected office shall be subject to the same laws regulations and rules as every other US citizen.

Any congress member that participates in less than 70% of the Congress’ business shall have his/her pay reduced commensurate with the level of participation in the Congress’ business.

All members of the federal elected office shall be subject to the same laws regulations and rules as every other US citizen.
-
All travel costs and expenses related to any federal elected officials travel to and from the state/district shall be taxable to the same extent as any US citizens travel expenses.
-
No public funds may be used for personal security for an any congress member, spouse/partner except to the extent that there is an imminent threat directed to that particular congress member
-
No public funds may be used for personal, non-work related travel for any federal elected official.
-
No public funds may we used for any foreign travel by any Congress member in excess of the cost for travel via military transport or business class flight, whichever is lesser.

All documents, notes and recordings of any federal elected official is considered the property of the American people and shall be maintained for at least 10 years
-
All non-in-person communications by federal elected officials shall only be done through US government-issued devices, US mail or an individual in the direct employment of the federal government.

Any person who alters amends or destroys any communication or communication device of a federally elected official shall be guilty of treason and punishable by of 10 years in prison and a minimum fine of $1 million. Any person who is aware of the amendment, alteration or destruction of federally elected official’s communication and fails to report it within 180 days shall also be guilty of treason and subject to at least five years in prison and a fine of $500,000 for each offense

No non us citizen having previously been convicted of a felony, violent crime or drug trafficking shall be allowed admission or entrance into the United States absent a showing by a preponderance of the evidence that the prior conviction was due to political motivation or discrimination.

. No person shall be granted citizenship that entered the United States without a proper visa.

Except for election officials or a US postal worker, no person shall be in possession of any ballot or than their own, their spouses/partners, their parent, sibling or offspring.

Any person having been convicted of election tampering, obstruction or shall be ineligible to serve as an officer or Director of a publicly traded company or serve as an officer or Director of any IRS code 501(c)(3) entity.

The Internet and social media companies shall be subject to the same rules with regard to equal access as print, radio and TV airways. No Social media company shall restrict any communication except to the extent the communication involves a direct physical threat to a person or personal property

The President of the United States may be recalled and removed from office upon presentation of a petition approved by the legislatures of 2/3 of the then existing states

Congress shall make no laws declaratory of existing law and may only make laws amending, retracting or creating a new law.

The securing of the United States physical borders is considered a fundamental constitutional right.
-
The US government shall publish in print, radio, TV and social media on an at least annual basis the numbers of persons allowed to immigrate from other countries into the United States broken down by the numbers allowed from each country/region.

Fines and penalties listed shall be increased or decreased an annual basis based directly upon the previous year’s increase or decrease in median family income.

Any person between the ages of 18 and 60, not subject to any physical or mental incapacity, receiving federal public assistance shall be required to either accept appropriate employment or volunteer at a government funded public works program in exchange for receipt of federal public assistance. Any person receiving federal public assistance that has principal responsibility for care of a child under the age 18 shall be provided a voucher to pay for childcare during the hours that said public federal public aid recipient is volunteering at said federal public works program.

No public funds may be used to pay any settlement, judgment or verdict against an elected public official where the basis of the claim or a lawsuit is due to an intentional act or sexual misconduct by the elected public official.

Criminal filings and allegations of sexual misconduct by a federal elected public official shall be reported by the federal government for publication to the general public in print, radio, TV and social media within 30 days after it is reported to any federal government official.

All federal elected public officials shall avoid even the appearance of impropriety in violation of the public trust and shall be subject to discipline up to and including removal from public office by a majority vote of both the House and Senate

All federal employees and elected officials shall have their income and expenses that are reimbursed by the federal government reported to national print, Radio, TV and social media outlets for dissemination to the public.

All federally elected officials tax returns while in office shall be a matter of public record, excluding only the public officials tax ID number and home address.

No federal public funds in excess of 1000 times the national median family income may be given or loaned to any Company, entity, state, county, province, city or political subdivision except as approved by a majority of the house of representatives and a 2/3 vote of the Senate.

All laws, regulations, rules etcetera in violation of the foregoing are hereby revoked.
