Each state should have a flat rate tax that could be used for maintaining roads and ALL utility companies should contribute also and stop passed the expence to us. They make millions from us!

Back in the day before property taxes were implemented there was a flat tax and tariffs to help keep things running. This is where we are going with sales taxes only on New items and non-essential items and implementing tariffs on imports. There should be NO Property Taxes at all.
