we can not limit free speech not even in the media but if we make it so that new broadcasts are not allowed to air commercials during the broadcast it would limit the need for sensationalism and make a law that tells them they have to report 100% honesty with zero embellishments during a news broadcast and have it where they are allowed to voice opinions because 1a but they have to use a separate segment that is undeniably 100% clearly stated as the “opinion” segment this would limit simple people from believing a well worded opinion as a fact
