Make Vaccine Manufacturers Liable Again!

Repeal the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act** (NCVIA )

1986 The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program was established to ensure the manufacturers weren’t liable. This put the liability on the government to handle all injury and death related vaccine cases behind the scenes, while taxpayers footed the bill, which is now upwards of 6 Billion dollars.

The VICP was established as the means for compensation recovery because Congress knew that many of the vaccine manufacturers could not absorb the payouts from the many impending lawsuits.

The total revenue possible from childhood vaccines in the US is estimated to be $8 billion per year.
Taxpayers should absolutely not be covering for this industry. Liability increases safety.
