Vaccines are the only pharmaceutical where manufacturers are held harmless and the federal government settles the claims on their behalf.
If these products are as safe as they are marketed to be, the liability shield is not necessary.
Let the products stand on their own merit.
Rep. Paul Gosar’s H.R. 9828 would do exactly that-- end vaccine liability shields for manufacturers. There are 30 co-sponsors so far, all Republican. We need to lobby/work to get this bill passed.

Not to mention the discrimination from employers! As a Nurse for 13 years, we should not be forced to take harmful vaccines.
The “Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System” (VAERS) was the compromise for the liability protection and we now know that that whole thing is a joke. Yes, all protections should be removed.
