End protections for Vaccine companies from liability

End protections for vaccine companies from liability if their vaccine has caused harm. Putting the vaccine on the childhood recommended schedule to protect a vaccine company from liability is criminal on the part of the government. Being able to take them to court will shine light on the lack of good vaccine studies and efficacy.

This sounds like a good idea, because vaccines can cause injury.

However, opening vaccine injury to civil lawsuits will drive up the cost of vaccines, and could bankrupt the industry.

It’s a windfall for PI attorneys.

I’d be more inclined to some sort of managed compensation fund, where victims able to prove they’ve been injured by a specific vaccine can apply for compensation, without legal representation.

god forbid the poison companies go out of business, oh what shall we do with our lack of chronic autoimmune disease devastating the world.

More detailed proposals that address this topic/observation include:

  1. Pharmaceutical Accountability and Transparency Act
  2. Upending Health Care System

And who pays for that fund?

That already exists: The NVICP is a national vaccine injury compensation fund paid by a .75 cents tax on each jab. When my relative had an injury (that was listed as a known potential side effect) they contacted Nvicp in order to get compensation after a 2 month hospitalization. The program gives you a free attorney who is versed in the program - and your assigned lawyer needs to prove the injury was likely caused by the jab. This is sometimes hard to do - because nobody knows if the injury would have still happened regardless of a jab. Anywho… you can lookup the frequent injuries paid out and sometimes see a pattern. The compensation won in this special court could be peanuts, ie: judge giving $50,000 for paralysis + miscarriage and 2 months in hospital. How do you place a value on lost time in paralysis, pain, loss of child? So perhaps we need a quick Study of the patterns to be published, to find the frequent identical injuries - so the drug MAKER can be held liable to the patient, and also get a penalty by the gov. (Perhaps penalty $ will encourage pharma to improve a harmful product).

The pharmaceutical manufacturers based on the number of vaccinations and injuries.

Vaers is a victim compensation fund, not worth much

It’s has to be a limited liability situation to prevent flagrant action motivated by profits.

I believe the spirit of the proposal is for private citizens to pursue manufacturers privately. Not through a national program.

This would be protecting the vaccine companies so I say let them sue if they have been vaccine injured so that way they either clean up their act or go out of business.
