In 1988 a bill was passed that prevented vaccine companies from having to pay for damages to vaccine injured individuals. Due to this bill, vaccine injured individuals have no recourse. Some of these injuries have had life changing consequences for parents of vaccine injured children and some of those injuries have led to permanent injuries as well as some deaths. We must hold pharmaceutical companies accountable for the vaccine injuries that their vaccines cause. We must also make it easier for doctors to write exemptions and make it illegal for doctors to be punished for writing exceptions, which is not the case now. Doctors are being prosecuted for writing vaccine exemptions in certain states.
