A film crew and editing is very inexpensive compared to the US budget, and this is a simple way to minimize unfair labor practices and promote a better understanding of the inner workings of businesses that impact our lives daily.

What you haven’t done is address the real cost.
As I previously stated, everything is ‘inexpensive’ compared to the US budget.
Now consider the cost in terms that don’t make it easy to dismiss the price tag.
Second Issue of many: You’re arguing that it be mandatory for “all business owners”.
Do you have an idea how many businesses and business owners there are in the United States?
Ok what if it’s every business above a certain threshold?
