America First. American jobs must be protected from illegal immigrants. Make it illegal for business to hire illegal immigrants and enforce it with surprise visits by ICE to verify citizenship and stiff fines for businesses that hire illegals. However, businesses may hire those coming here legally with a work visa to fill positions that aren’t being filled by Americans. Providing illegal immigrants with jobs will encourage more illegal immigration. If they can’t find work here perhaps they will leave.

Great idea! It’s already illegal for companies to hire illegals, but It’s so important to not make it beneficial to companies who do exploit illegal laborers. There should be audits and fines for non-compliance. There must be consequences for breaking the law.
If companies want to sponsor/hire unskilled labor from other countries to pay them minimum wage, that’s another discussion, but Americans should be considered first for American jobs.

I believe it already is illegal at least in my state. It is enforcement that needs to occur.
