REPEAL THE CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT - STOP THE SURVEILLANCE STATE

This discussion seeks the immediate repeal of the Corporate Transparency Act.

The Corporate Transparency Act criminalizes the owners of 32,000,000 + small businesses in the United States. It demands that business owners report extraordinarily detailed information about themselves and their businesses to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network Division of the Treasury (FINCEN) under threat of criminal prosecution, up to and including $10,000 in civil penalties and two years in prison. The law is the product of international interests, including organizations funded by George Soros, to do an end run around the Constitution so our laws will match up with international financial reporting laws under the guise of preventing money laundering and the funding of terrorists.

The globalists problem is that we have the Constitution, and its protections. Other countries don’t. This Act is their unconstitutional work around those protections

It violates the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 10th Amendments.

It has already been declared to be unconstitutional by one court and there is on-going litigation, that is yet to be decided. However, that is not stopping FINCEN from enforcing it.

The COVID lockdown mandates targeted America’s small businesses , mandating that they shut down and driving many of them to permanently close or declare bankruptcy, while designating mega corporations as “essential” and leaving big business to continue operating without interference . That forced most Americans into the arms of mega corporations such as Walmart, Amazon, and Big Pharma and denied small businesses the ability to exist. This law is only the latest effort to kill small businesses in America.

This law demands that more than 32,000,000 small businesses, (as defined by the Act to be business with under 20 employees, AND with less than $5,000,000 in annual gross revenue AND that maintain a brick and mortar location) to be treated by the Treasury Department as the funders of terrorism and money launderers.

It requires the most intimate level of details of any person who holds a so-called “beneficial interest” in any such small business or any person who has “substantial control” of any business as defined in the Act.

It demands not only business information, but also personal details of the owners (the “beneficial interest” holder), including home address, passport and driver’s license copies, a photo from the waist up, etc.

And should you change your residence, you only have 30 days to report that change of address to FINCEN, otherwise you will have violated the Act and are subject to those financial and criminal penalties.

There are only two groups of people that are required, under threat of criminal sanctions, to report their addresses to any law enforcement officials —sex offenders and parolees.

This Act is the Surveillance State writ large. They want to monitor and track us, because we have the courage to be independent. They want to be able to use lawfare against us if we protest, disagree, go against the narrative, or otherwise don’t follow the game plan they have in mind. This Act is a “gotcha” to be used against us when it suits the government.

The cost to the taxpayer and to the individual business owners is in the BILLIONS, upwards of $30 billion in the first year alone.

Small businesses are the backbone of the American economy. They provide opportunity for employment, financial security, development and innovation of new ideas, products and services.

Even if you don’t own a small business, you know someone who does, whether personally or because you use their services or buy from them.

This law was passed without debate, or evidence of any legitimate justification for it beyond some alleged anecdotes without documentary evidence to back them up. This is the globalist agenda and we are its targets.

The deadline for reporting all of this information is January 1, 2025. We must stop it and prevent the criminalization of hardworking Americans who just want to be left alone to support their families, communities and their local economies.

Contact your legislators and tell them to stand up to this assault on our liberties and for your rights as Americans.
