With the effects of propaganda being evident with this recent election, inciting fear, people committing suicide, and threatening others that vote differently, propaganda in ALL FORMS, in ALL media types, should be illegal, and highly punsihable.

This is a Pandora’s box that shouldn’t be opened, even though propaganda can be so damaging. There are already laws agains libel and slander. I think those have to be the extent of it unless you’re willing to step on another’s right to free speech, which I am not. I like the idea of all media outlets being subject to fact checking, the results of which would be posted along with their misleading statements.
