Make nonpublic scool costs tax refundable

I pay an enormous amount of property tax with the bulk of it going to public schools when all three of my children attend religious schools. As a parent it should be my choice where to send my children to school. My taxes fund the local public schools and in addition to that I pay tuition for three kids currently attending grade school and high school because I believe the public school system is broken and also pushes certain agendas that do not align with my beliefs. Make nonpublic school costs tax refundable. Even if there is some kind of cap of 5-10k per student as I know of some schools out there that are tens of thousands of dollars per year.
