Include Homeschooling Families in Education Funding!

Homeschooling families pay taxes too! How much of our federal, state, and local tax dollars go towards funding public schools? Homeschooling families pay the price and reap none of those benefits. We pay for everything involved in educating our children with no assistance. How many millions of $ go to school systems that are failing to educate or even worse, indoctrinating? Homeschool families should share in at least a portion of this funding, or at least have the right to divert our tax dollars away from an educational system that we don’t participate in and in some cases morally object to. I don’t think tax credits go far enough. Homeschoolers and anyone else who disagrees how public school systems are run shouldn’t be forced to fund them.
