Men have never been more involved fathers than now but with the prices of everything cannot afford to take much time off when their wives have a new baby. This puts a strain on the entire family. Especially if the mom already is a stay at home mother with no maternity leave herself. If the family has multiple children it makes it even more stressful on the whole family and causes a lot of postpartum depression issues. I think this time should be treated as a big deal and be paid a fair wage to repopulate our country that is losing people daily. The health of the family impacts the health of the nation.
