The Family Court system has become a mechanism that prioritizes financial gain over the well-being of families, often subjecting innocent parents to emotional and psychological distress. There is a troubling alliance between judges and attorneys that seems to exploit vulnerable families, leading to the unnecessary separation of children from loving parents, all in the name of profit. This system has resulted in countless children growing up without one of their parents, a tragic consequence of the very institutions that are meant to safeguard family integrity. The courts often operate in a manner that punishes individuals for asserting their constitutional rights, creating an environment that feels more like a kangaroo court than a place of justice. It is imperative that the new administration takes swift action to reform this broken system. While many express concern over deportation and the potential separation of families, the more pressing issue lies within our own Family Court systems, which routinely dismantle familial bonds. There must be accountability for judges and attorneys who prioritize their financial interests over the welfare of families, as their actions contribute to the ongoing destruction of the very fabric of society.
Government should just stay out of it. Child support for instance is unconstitutional. People do not even understand the injustice thats been to so many fathers financially pushed out of kids lives. Divorced fathers suicide rates are 7 to one compared to women. I believe most of that is due to father alienation from their kids and child support. Judges are to be impartial. But instead they always work in the States interest. In 2023 6.3 billion spent on child support enforcement. Its not and should not be taxpayers responsibility to fund peoples failed relationships. People need to be forced to take responsibility for who they choose to have relationships with.
I agree it should be no business of any government, but this is definitely not a federal government issue. Take this up in the state legislatures
