This policy would encourage all eligible goods, to be sold in a despenser system, in which the people bring their own refillable containers to grocery, automotive & all other retailers, applicable to this system.
This would apply to shampoo, laundry soap, cereal, dog food, milk, syrup, automotive fluids… allowing for a considerable decrease in unrecycled refuse, packaging costs, packaging waste & cause a restructuring of industry, beneficial to both society & the environment. This should cut all retail prices, considerably.
