Incentive to retailers to stop throwing away perfectly good items and donate them to shelters or hospitals etc. The amount of dumpster diving content online really shins a light on how much unnecessary waste there is in America. Thousands of perfectly fine products what are just out of season go to the dump instead of being donated.
