Numerous documentaries highlight the ongoing waste of resources in our market resulting from our current consumerism patterns. Without intervention, our country and the world may face significant challenges related to waste management due to a culture of excessive purchasing. I believe that recycling plays a crucial role in mitigating consumer waste, yet financial constraints can limit individual participation in these efforts. To promote environmental sustainability and secure a better future, it is essential that we enhance our recycling initiatives. I propose that the government implement a funded recycling service to encourage public participation and help reduce consumer waste.
