End property taxes!
Explanation & Justification
This is a simple case of getting the cart before the horse. Ending Property Taxes will require ending Direct Taxation. Elimination of Income Taxes also requires ending Direct Taxation. The majority of Citizens do not understand the terms Direct Taxation or Indirect Taxation. This needs more discussion and education focused on the history of Our Failed Tax System. In 1913 Amendment 16 was passed. This Amendment allowed Direct Taxation like Income and Property taxes for the first time. Before 1913 these and all similar Direct Taxes were unconstitutional. I suggest merging these Proposals based on the fact that any change based on any Administrative change would be subject to change by the following Administration. To make taxation changes like ending Property Taxes or Income Taxes permanent we need to Amend Our Constitution, Repealing Amendment 16 thus make it illegal once again for government to apply Direct Taxation.
